Can order otc but won’t

Takes 10+ tries to and logs you out every time you close it. Take 20 minutes or so to even get in. Won’t stay on if you switch to another family benefit page. But it’s the only way I’ve been able to order from OTC catalog ( but you need to have catalog numbers on you because you can only type in the number and search vs browse products)

This app will be useful to have, the only thing is you can’t to your ,it just comes out as if loading and it stays on the same page.

I installed it twice, at first I thought it was my phone. But the second times still the same. Every time I tried to open it, it just stays blank white.
You guys should really fix this.
